Baggo IO Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

Baggo IO Anyone who uses the (baggoio.net) website or mobile application is automatically considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to every interaction with the platform — including accessing, browsing, registering, or using any of our services.

These terms are also available in Bengali to help Bangladeshi users understand them easily. However, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final. Baggo IO's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must confirm that you are of sound mind and participating voluntarily.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable.

• All pending bets must be settled before an account can be closed.

The wagering requirement refers to the total amount you must bet before your bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Here's an example to illustrate:

• Sports Betting wagers count at 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Slots generally contribute 100% towards wagering, though some games may contribute less.
• Live Casino table games may contribute 10–50% toward wagering requirements.
• Voided bets and bets from cancelled matches do not count toward wagering requirements.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature). If a bet is not confirmed before the odds change, it will not be placed at the original odds — you must accept the new odds to proceed.

• The minimum bet amount is specified separately for each market.
• Maximum payout varies depending on the market and event type.
• In an accumulator (parlay) bet, if any single selection loses, the entire bet slip is considered lost.

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned mid-way for any reason, the following rules will apply:

• Full Cancellation: All bets will be voided and the full staked amount will be refunded.
• Abandoned After Scheduled Time (cricket – Duckworth-Lewis): If the result is determined by the DLS method, that will be considered the official final result.
• Football Match Abandoned Mid-Game: If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes, bets are generally voided. However, some markets (such as Half-Time Result) may be partially settled.
• Live Betting: Live bets are settled based on the state of play at the time of the event. The score and match situation at the time of suspension Baggo IO's decision is final.
• Rescheduled Match: If the event does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled date, the bet will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Any of the prohibited activities listed under Section 6.1 are committed.
• The user wishes to close their account voluntarily.

To close your account voluntarily, contact our support team. If an account is closed due to a policy violation, any balance refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
